CladoBook does not charge you
Booking on CladoBook is free. There is no subscription, no booking fee, and no commission. You pay the business in person. We never see or store a card, so there is no CladoBook charge for us to refund.
Cancelling a visit
- You can cancel from your bookings, on the website or in the app.
- Each business sets its own cancellation window. The window that applies is the one shown when you book.
- Cancelling after that window, or not showing up, can lower your reliability score with that business. A low score can affect whether they accept a later booking.
- The business can cancel or move a visit. We notify you when they do.
Money you already paid the business
If you paid a business directly and want that money back, that is between you and the business. CladoBook cannot reverse a payment we never processed. Ask the studio, and email hello@cladoconsult.com if you cannot reach them.
